ROB BUCHHOLZ - VP of OPERATIONS

Started with Company in 1990
Trusted with maintaining each and every facility to the best of its potential, Rob’s brothers handed over the reins of Operations to him just over 21 years ago. With a can-do attitude, and a commitment to providing all clients with the best Buck Services has to offer, Rob is responsible for managing the heart of Buck Services - supplying you with cleaning and maintenance procedures that maximize efficiency and defy the expectations of even your harshest critic.

MANUEL DURAN - MANAGER OF OPERATIONS

Truly knowledgeable with the concerns and challenges of facility management, Manny can handle just about any situation. With over 18 years of experience, Manny is a talented leader who has advanced rapidly within our company. Ready to respond with consistent and full-force efforts, Manny will have his crew leaving your facility looking like new.

RYAN SCHMIDT - MANAGER OF OPERATIONS

Joining the Buck Services family in 2012, Ryan has brought his cost-effective scheduling expertise to our team. Ensuring our clients get the over the top service they deserve for their events or a last minute request. Ryan ensures that everything will operate smoothly. Working alongside Rob, Vice-President of Operations, Ryan’s everyday pledge is that all of our clients are receiving the “BUCK SERVICES STANDARD.”

JESSIE AGUILAR - MANAGER OF OPERATIONS

With over 15 years at Buck Services, Jessie has become a member of the family. With a hands-on approach and close relationship to his staff, Jessie continues to surprise us. Supporting several of our High Schools with personal, on-site supervisory service, and unafraid to work alongside when something needs to get done, Jessie has proved himself to be a force in the field.

LUZ APANTENCO - MANAGER

Started with Company in 2001
Servicing our clients since 2001, Luz has graced our team with her positive attitude and wonderful smile. Luz is not afraid to tackle the difficult projects while making sure all is taken care of. She fully understands and appreciates our client’s expectations are she never abandons a site without making sure it 100% completed. If a question comes up that she is unable to answer, she makes sure to seek out the advice of others in order provide the client with the correct information.

BILL BUCHHOLZ - VP of HUMAN RESOURCES

As the older brother of Buck Services' president John, Bill has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources. He became a member of Buck Services during its first year in business. His extensive business knowledge and insight in managing teams are what make Bill an undeniable asset to Buck Services. Spearheading all employee relations and office management, Bill is the first stop for answers regarding most nearly any question about Buck Services inner workings.

BILL BUCHHOLZ, JR. - VP of HUMAN RESOURCES/BENEFITS MANAGER

Bill, Jr. joins the family business with over 8 years of experience in Human Resources and Employee Benefits Management. His organizational and professional skillset is topnotch. Treating each employee individually and as part of the family is his #1 priority. He will work alongside Bill Buchholz, Sr. to carry on the culture that “each employee deserves the very best.” Benefiting from his expertise will be 100% guaranteed.

Introducing Buck Services to the belief that with relationships come results and loyalty comes prosperity, Joe’s smiling persona continues to make us all happy to be in his wake.

Quickly creating a relationship with your facility management team and always on-top of your needs in and out of the field, Jim helps to keep things in motion. Known by our clients as the one to call with anything they need, Jim visits each facility individually and puts constant care into Quality Assurance Reviews and On-site Inspections, guaranteeing no dust bunny will ever fight back.

With an ever expanding knowledge of the industry and a cold hard commitment to the values of his company, John is an involved and enthusiastic president, motivated as Buck Services continues to grow with and around our communities. Working his way through school performing cleaning and janitorial services, John was quickly noticed for his hard work and friendly attitude - values prevalent within the company to this day. John soon realized a strong basis in customer care and recognition for respecting what it is your clients want, would be the footstones of his company. Admired throughout the company for what he has created and contributes, John manages the Customer Care team as he works with them to provide you with top-notch services.

Joining our Buck Services family in 2006, Leticia has extensive experience with all administrative task, including scheduling and correspondence. Leticia has been able to tailor her skills to meet the needs of our various clients. She has been able to interact directly with potential and existing clients and increase customer satisfaction.

Buck Services is proud to offer Green Cleaning Services and Cleaning Products. Since 2008, Buck has been dedicated to instilling Green Cleaning programs throughout many, if not all of our facilities. Buck only uses chemicals approved by the Illinois Green Clean Standard.
